Late Fee Policy
Payments will be considered late on the 6th day of the same month; in other words, there is a 5-day grace period. On the sixth of the month, unit owners who have not paid their condo fees will be assessed a $25.00 late fee and an addition $5 for each day late thereafter. The postmark will be used to determine date of payment when assessing late fees.
